What we collect

To provide earned wage access we collect the information needed to verify your identity and employment: name, contact details, date of birth, employment and timekeeping data shared by your employer's payroll systems, financial account details you choose to link, and device and usage data from the app.

How we use it

We use this information to verify hours worked, process transfers of already-earned wages, prevent fraud, provide customer support in English and Spanish, comply with financial regulations, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. You can also request deletion of your account data in the app under Settings, or via wagevo.com/delete-account.
